If you have an insurance policy with Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, please file your Loss Asssessment Claim direct and have your claim settled faster!!

To file a Loss Assessment Claim, follow these 3 simple steps:

1. Have your Citizens Property Insurance Corporation  policy available and call 1-866-411-2742. Inform them of a Loss Assessment letter from your association. They will ask for "Date of Loss", use the date of the letter for this.
2. Citizens Property Insurance Corporation will give you a claim number. Write the claim number on your loss assessment letter you have received from your association.
3. Fax the loss assessment letter (including claim number) to 1-866-574-9128  Attention: Fast Track Unit, Loss Assessment
